Sweetland Attends The Bradford Curry Awards and Mela

Our proud Bradford team attended the prestigious and renowned Bradford Curry Awards and Mela over the weekend. Our stall was located along with all the other dessert and sweet producers, and unsurprisingly we were one of the most popular spots at the event within our category.

The authentic Mediterranean sweet went down a treat with all our guests and passers-by. There was more interest than we could have imagined in our authentic Lenvantine Baklava and Maamoul. Samples left our stall quicker than we had imagined; it was a good thing we had enough to go round.

The reviews and responses to our products were outstanding, with a recurring focus in almost every comment about our fine quality and unique taste!

Maintaining this high standard is the backbone of our mission as a brand, and producer of exquisite sweets, something we hold dear as a company and are extremely proud of.

As well as hosting the stall, we were also invited to the Awards ceremony. This was a wonderful experience for our team. It presented us with an excellent opportunity to meet with local business owners and likeminded ambitious people within our industry. All in all, the Mela and awards ceremony was a great success in our aim to connect with existing and potential new trade customers in the region. We were also given the opportunity to offer a box of our delicious baklava to each table, which was enjoyed by all attending guests.
